1. Materials : All ships are made from highest quality of natural woods combined together such as: Mahogany, Rosewood, Blackwood, Cherry… The woods are completely dry in order to remain the ships at good condition in different climates.

2. Construction : The wood is firstly dried up, then cut and put piece by piece together with special glue on a frame construction. The ships are built according to the scale of the original ships from their original plans or pictures. We can also customize as customers’ request if plans and pictures are provided.

3. Measuement : Measurement: We measure the sizes in Centimeter of the hull’s length. The size of any ship can be designed and built according to customers’ request. However, we always recommend the most popular sizes that best sold in reality.

4. Name and History : Every ship comes with a solid wooden stand and a brass nameplate attached on it. A summarized description of ship history is available upon request.

5. Packing: Each product is fully assembled and firmly fastened in an individual wooden crate then packed in a carton box. This packing method is to ensure and protect the ships during rough transportation. Only the small and simple models come without the wooden crates.

6. Price: The price is quoted in US$ – FOB Ho Chi Minh seaport-Vietnam or C&F price upon request to any destination in the world.

7. Payment: We accept payment by bank transfer (T/T) with 40% deposit upon order confirmed and accepted. The balance 60% should be made against shipping documents. Minimum order in term of value should be US$ 2,000.

8. Delivery Time: The lead time to finish an order varies from 2 to 4 weeks depending on the order quantity.

9. Shipping: In order to save freight cost, may we suggest you to ship by sea (FCL or LCL). However, goods can be shipped by air upon request.

10. Overseas Distributor: Your intention to be our Exclusive Distributor in overseas markets is always welcomed and appreciated. We set high priority and favour policy to our foreign Distributors.
